Great stay, very clean with a beautiful view and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff made it feel like home. Batuhan was very helpful at the entrance and with arranging taxis, and Ali Koşka at the front desk was kind and professional. Would definitely come back.

The location is very central and close to the M6 metro line. Our room was small but clean. We had a great view of the Bosphorus from our window. The staff were helpful except for a miscommunication about the complimentary snacks which turned out to be not complimentary.

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Ali Butuhan, he was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were polite and patient. Turkey has different electric sockets, and hotel had thought of keeping plugs for different people traveling from different parts of world. Little things show that they care about the customer. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
