"A Highly Recommended Stay for Families and Friends" The room was spacious, spotless, and had a great TV with YouTube. The staff was truly extraordinary and attentive. For the price, this hotel offers far better facilities than its competitors. Highly recommend to everyone. I will absolutely be staying here again!

"A Highly Recommended Stay for Families and Friends" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room itself was spacious, neat, and tidy, complete with a TV and working YouTube. The staff was extraordinary, delivering excellent service across the board. Given the facilities, the price was surprisingly cheap compared to local competitors. I would unreservedly recommend this hotel to families and friends and plan to stay here again on my next visit.

It was near to everything , few steps to sisli center and cevahir mall. The rooms were so neat innovated and tied. All The staff we met were so helpful and welcoming: ibrahim , Ahmed and muaz and two more staff I don't recall their names in the reception; one is turkish and the other one is syrian. We enjoyed our stay there. Even the manger was so helpful and found a gold earings for us that we have lost it. We had two reservations : first reservation was nights and the second resrvation for 2 nights only so we needed to change the rooms. However, in the second room the AC wasnt working in it so we stayed for one night and couldnt bear to complete staying there or wait for the maintenance. So when we inform the manager he tried to solve the problem while the hotel is full and no capacity to move us to another room! Fortunately the manager propose to move us to a nearby hotel linked to their hotel without paying any extra money with a complimentary breakfast.
