It is a very bad hotel and there are no facilities. There is no service. They will attack you against the protest. They are bad guys. If they are dissatisfied, they will throw you out and do not give up your money. The services are different with what they said. . I and my family are very dissatisfied, but because we did not pay the money, we had to stay

Don’t book!! Nicht buchen!!
Buchen Sie nicht das Hotel. Als wir ankamen gab es statt unseren 3 gebuchten Zimmern lediglich eine unfreundliche Bedienung. Wir wurden weg geschickt, da das Hotel kein Platz hatte. Sie haben uns in ein anderes Hotel geschickt - dreckig, alt und ein Mann an der Rezeption, der uns ausgelacht hat. Zudem kam am nächsten Tag eine teure Rechnung oben drauf. Und der Stress ging weiter.. aber kurz und knapp - haltet euch fern und Bucht am besten nichts in dieser Ecke!!

NOOIT MEER! ERG SMERIG!
Dit hotel was een nachtmerrie! Bij aankomst kregen we 2 kamers op begane grond, de meest vieze kamers die ik gezien heb.. alles verouderd, overal stof, vieze lakens, in de badkamer geen handzeep aanwezig (dat was nog niet eens het ergste), vieze spiegel, de wasbak is zo klein dat je niet eens kan tandenpoetsen of je gezicht wassen, kapotte douchestang en het afvoerputje was een grote gat waar beestjes uit kwamen!!! Deze troffen we in beide kamers ‘s avonds ook in bed! Je krijgt je ontbijt - waar je elke ochtend zelf om moet vragen anders krijg je niks - op je kamer en je moet het vervolgens gewoon op het bed eten waar je later weer in slaapt.. Kamers geen één keer in 8 dagen schoongemaakt. Als wij er om vroegen, zei ze dat ze dat de volgende dag zouden doen (wat ook niet gebeurde). Nadat wij er een paar keer om hadden gevraagd kwam ze uiteindelijk met lakens en gaf ze dat aan ons, we moesten zelf maar de bedden verschonen. Gezien de prijs verwachtten wij ook zeker geen luxe, maar dit kan ook écht niet. Mijn moeder heeft 2 keer moeten kotsen omdat het zo smerig was. Op het moment van boeken waren de recensies redelijk positief. Anders hadden wij zeker niet voor dit hotel gekozen. Ik vraag me sterk af of de negatieve reacties niet verwijderd worden? Betaal aub iets meer en boek een ander hotel. Van dit hotel word je ziek. Begrijp ook niet zo goed waarom Expedia dit aan biedt. Nooit meer!!!

HEEL SLECHT!
Bij aankomst probeerden ze al extra geld te vragen voor het mogen inchecken bij deze hotel. We gaven aan dat we alles via expedia hebben gedaan, maar dat moesten we dus zelf oplossen met expedia. We werden GEWEIGERD. Vervolgens met expedia gebeld en die gaven me aan het verschil terug te betalen. Uiteindelijk toch gelukt om in te checken na extra betaald te hebben. Kamer is ongelovelijk vies. We troffen haren aan op de bedden, vloer was ranzig, badkamer was niet om aan te zien. Ronduit smerig! Snachts werd er door het personeel veel lawaai gemaakt en zelf gevochten. Dit heb ik op kunnen nemen met mijn smartphone. Pas dus aub op met deze hotel!

En arrivant à l'hôtel Serife nous avons été déplacé vers un autre hôtel sans en connaître la raison (personne ne parle Anglais) et nous avons été carrément sous classé !!! Mon avis ne concerne donc pas l'hôtel Serife mais notre déplacement vient de leur fait ! Nous avons eu droit à de belles serviettes trouées, un drap et une couette trop petits pour le lit ce qui fait qu'on dormait à moitié sur le matelas nu, une salle d'eau très humide, le climatiseu HS, bref un séjour pas top !

Décevant!
Chambre très petite et salle de bain vétuste et sale. Nous avons eu un problème de réservation à l'arrivée, la chambre n'était pas disponible et Nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre de garde qui n'était pas propre. Il n'y a pas de Buffet pour le petit déjeuner, déception. Il est servi en chambre (assiette avec beurre, confiture, pate à tartiner, salami, œuf, crudités, fromage et une viennoiserie et du pain). Chambre pas confortable pour prendre un petit déjeuner, ni chaise ni table. Bouilloire pour faire café ou thé. Les chambres au rez de chaussée sont bruyantes, nous entendons tous les allers-retours des voyageurs, la sonnette et le téléphone car chambre collée à la réception. 10-15min à pieds des attractions. Malgré tous ces désagréments, le personnel est très sympathique mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Kahvaltı dahil konaklamamıza rağmen sabah kahvaltının bittiğini söylediler.Kaçta bittiğini sorduğumda 8 de bitti dediler.Resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaş daha konuşmasını bile bilmiyor.Sorduğunuz soruya düzgün cevap alamıyorsunuz.Ayrıca otele giriş yapılırken 15 dakika bekletildik.Tavsiye etmiyorum.
