I did hair surgery Transplantation in Istanbul. This hotel was very close to the clinic. Room was always tidy and clean. It's a small but very nice hotel. All staff always friend. Breakfast all u need was there.

I originally planned to stay at this hotel for only a week but stayed for three weeks. It was such a lovely time at this hotel; it was spotless and new to my understanding. Interestingly, this hotel is between the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. There is so much to do around the area, and I plan to return next year. I will probably stay here for two to three months.

Hidden Gem

My stay at Rise Inn Hotel was excellent. I felt safe, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and there were nearby dining and shopping options. The only enhancements I would suggest are having amenities like an ice maker and microwaves in the rooms, as well as more breakfast choices. Despite these minor things I would still choose to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. Thank you, Rise Inn, for your hospitality.

Warmest welcome and hospitality in Istanbul!

My wife and I have been in Istanbul several times and had stayed several hotels. Never have we been taken care of so amazingly that we are so grateful. The front desk, lead by the manager Merai have been so helpful. They would walk an extra mile to ensure that we have taxi every time we go out. They would speak to the drivers to avoid any miscommunication and that we will be arrive at our destination safely. They would even scour their contact book to ensure that we get the best service whether it be spas or other facilities and malls we would like to go to. The room has been cleaned every single day we have stayed in the hotel. Warm staff and family atmosphere. Kudos to the team. See you again in winter!

1週間滞在しました．初めてのトルコ旅行（出張）で，不安もありましたが，気持ちよく滞在することができました．スタッフの皆さんは，親切＆フレンドリーで，お互い翻訳ソフトを使いながらお話したり，お願いすることができました．部屋も一人には十分な広さで快適．アメニティの補充や，ちょっとした部屋の不具合もすぐに対応して戴けました．朝食ビュッフェは，トルコ初心者にもやさしい．朝から，いろんな種類のチーズや simit, sigara boregi を戴けたのはうれしい．テラス席で景色を眺めながら戴くのをお勧めします．空調設備もばっちりで，夏場の滞在でしたが，シャツや肌着を洗濯しても，空調をドライにして夜を過ごせば，朝にはもう着られるくらいに乾いていました．（ラウンジには，大型テレビもあって，ちょうどワールドカップの最終戦，同宿の皆さんと楽しく観戦しました．）（すぐ近くには，地元の人たちが集うレストランがいくつもあり，夕食はそちらで戴くことも多かったです．Google mapのnavigationは，時々わかりにくいことがあります．これらのレストランの駐車場（たぶん私有地）を通り抜けさせてもらうと，バス停からもすぐにたどり着けます．）

Oteli rastgele seçip gittim, gece geç bir saatte giriş yapmam gerekti, sabaha kadar gürültüden uyuyamadım. Otelin altında otelin sahibinin bir de meyhanesi varmış, otelin ne için kullanıldığı belli. Girişte 5 Gecelik peşin ödeyip ertesi gun otelden ayrıldım ve hala kalan gecelerin ücretini bana iade etmediler. Tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle.

Açık konuşayım, bu oteli tamamen buradaki yüksek puanlara ve yorumlara güvenerek seçtim. Gece geç saatte rezervasyon yaptım ve yaklaşık 50 kişinin oldukça yüksek puan verdiğini görünce tereddüt etmedim. Ancak yaşadığım deneyim, bu puanların gerçekliği konusunda ciddi soru işareti oluşturdu. Otel genel anlamda fena değildi; temizlik kabul edilebilir seviyedeydi. Ancak konfor ve huzur açısından ciddi problemler vardı. Özellikle gece saatlerinde otelin hemen yanında (Mojo Mojo isimli mekandan gelen) yüksek müzik sesi vardı ve bu durum gece yarısına kadar devam etti. Dinlenmek için geldiğiniz bir yerde bu seviyede gürültü kesinlikle kabul edilebilir değil. Durumu ilettiğimde çözüm üretmek yerine sadece “yer değiştirebiliriz” gibi geçici bir öneri sunuldu. Ancak bu tür bir problemin baştan öngörülüp müşteriye bilgi verilmesi gerekir. Çünkü bu, otelin temel konforunu etkileyen bir durum. Ayrıca bazı detaylar (örneğin perde, genel oda hissi, küçük ama önemli eksikler) verilen yüksek puanlarla kesinlikle örtüşmüyor. İnsan gerçekten merak ediyor: Bu otele 9–10 puan verenler neye göre değerlendiriyor? Burada asıl sorgulanması gereken bir diğer konu da platform tarafı. Hotels.com üzerindeki yorumların ne kadar sağlıklı filtrelendiği ve gerçek kullanıcı deneyimini ne kadar yansıttığı ciddi şekilde tartışmalı.
