Staff was wonderful and accommodating. The mini bar however is exorbitant. Cleaning staff, security and ,and particularly Serkan, are welcoming and professional.

The reception and the manager was so nice. He helped us so much. Overall our experience is not bad.
It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot.
The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.
First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.
It was pleasant stay the hotel is located at quite area clean and nice staff and room rent is good price put breakfast and mini bar are very very very expensive
Mr. Ahmed is a best guy. He’s in the front desk helping us with everything. Even shopping center is answer. All the questions is always nice and kind. I appreciate you for your service and his friend name Amir thank you guys.
Sila at check-in was amazing but the next morning staff was awful and looked like they don't know what they're doing. They did everything to not assist on the day of my wedding! 👎👎
Faded grandeur in need if a makeover.
Useful location but awkward to approach.
Unsafe, walkable, access to very useful public transport
Overpriced mediocre bar food
Get whag you pay for….
Poor selection and poor quality breakfast
Too expensive drinks (330ml Efes 650TL)
No alcohol free beer
Always hot water came from the tap
Inexperienced receptionists
Good hotel. We stayed here as it was supplied by a tour company we were using for a Greece-Turkey trip, but it is certainly too far outside of the tourist area to be utilized by someone just wanting to visit the old center of the city.

Hotel in general is good except the bed and pillows were not comfortable
If you are in Istanbul for visiting the tourist hotspots in the inner city this is not the best choice of hotels (too far from the old town), but if you need to be in this area (Tekstilkent or Bayrampasa) we have not found a better hotel than this one. Very helpfull staff, very friendly. The breakfast has everything you could want or need, dinner restaurant is very good, but a little too expensive, but if you do not want to go out and look for a restaurant it is a very good alternative, I LOVED their pastas!
