Great location for tours. The restaurants nearby are excellent especially the little cafe a few doors down. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ok and the rooms were spacious enough.

Fantastic customer service, Omer was the best
Love this place mainly because of the service, staffs were very nice. Special thanks to Omer who made our stay memorable. He surprised my husband with a birthday cake without us telling him it was his birthday. Surely he must have found out from his passport but both me and hubby were surprised by his nice gesture. Overall great customer service, great location and very clean hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to Grand Bazaar. We will definitely stay there again. The breakfast buffet was amazing a nd the room was nice and clean. Veissel the front desk person who were on duty on October 30th, 2023 did a very good job in helping us with the tour and transfer.
