The flat is located in the Little Hagia Sophia historical distirict. It is a street lined with charming wooden houses from the 19th century offering Wi-fi throughoute the facility, clean kitchens with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle. All flats of the Apart are new and equipped with air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV and safety deposit box, private bathrooms come with a hairdryer and bathroom amenities. It is close to two family parks and there are supermarkests to the left and right of the Apart. Our facility is 100 m from the Little Haqia Sophia Mosque, 600 m from the Blue Mosque, 100 m from the Marmara Sea and 800 m from the tramvay. We also have an airport transfer service with an additional fee, Can arrange city tours, Bosphourus cruise,daily tours,shows and many more...

Perfectly placed
We definitely recommend this property for a stay / city break in Istanbul. We had hoped to come with our daughter, but this wasn't possible so we only used one of the rooms. Had our daughter been with us, there would have been plenty space. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with good security (entrance key fob) as well as deadlocked door. The location was great for all the main sights. The walk to the hippodrome / Blue Mosque / Ayia Sophia Grand Bazaar was short (but uphill so pace yourselves !). This also gave great access to the tram service to cross the water. (Istanbulkart is sooo easy and convenient not to mention cheap!). Ozhan kindly arranged transport from the airport - directions to make contact were absolutely spot on and it was efficient and comfortable both ways - spot on timing too for return journey. Our choice but we ate often at the cafe just 75m away on the same road - great VFM and so convenient. Definitely recommend. (Ozhan was always available and provided great assistance revisit for transport etc).

We couldn't have stayed at a better location. In a lovely part of Sultanahmet, everything was nearby. Our host Mr Ozhan was most lovely and arranged multiple taxi / transfers for us, was extremely helpful and responsive and very kind. Pros - - Unbeatable location - Spacious and clean - Excellent shower pressure and hot water - Communicative and helpful host Cons - - None, everything was excellent

I was looking for a 2-bedroom/2-bath on the ground floor (or an elevator- which this property doesn't have) with a kitchenette that could accommodate 4-5 adults, and this property fit the bill 😊 Ozhan and Ramazan are the property managers, and they were extremely helpful and kind!

Short city break
We booked the apartment in Istanbul for a few days before heading down to the South of Turkey. From the very beginning Ozhan was brilliant, arranging airport transfer, showing us around, booking trips and helping us out with SIM cards for our phones. The apartment is in an ideal location for all the major sights, and nothing was too much trouble for Ozhan. A thoroughly enjoyable city break made so much easier by excellent hosts.

Fantastic location! walking distance to Sultanahmet, picturesque and calm street, right next to a very good restaurant and a beautiful park. Great host. Great place & location!
All as advertised - very clean and comfortable beds! Showers clean, great water pressure, and hot water! Host very friendly & helpful. Allowed us to leave baggage after our stay for a few hours while we finished our tour. Highly recommend this place!
