We had a positive experience at the hotel starting with the hotel shuttle and all the instructions we got for meeting our driver.Price for shuttle is 20 euros ( 40 euros round trip ) per car not per person,we had breakfast included, a prepared plate with jelly, honey,bread,boiled egg,chicken breast,olives ,cheese, good Jacob's coffe. The staff at the front was nice and helped us with a TV remote issue. We recommend this hotel ,price was good tru Expedia.com. Thank you all at Nenesa hotel,keep up the good job!!!

Everything other than breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. Proximity to the airport makes it convenient for layover stops. Breakfast could be better. Coffee was terrible and not even butter for the bread.

I found this hotel very clean and orderly. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. The room was just fine for our needs and most importantly spotlessly clean. The airconditioning had a problem while we were there but this was not anyone's fault and they tried to get it fixed. I had no negative impresions on anything and in fact plan to stay here again on my return journey. The breakfast was simple and well done with plates of food covered in plastic wrap to keep them sanitary. For a quick overnight stay near the airport I think this place is a perfect solution.

The room was so clean the staff were very friendly , the location is very good close to airport, no ramp to entrance to carry suitcases and nobody there to help you , breakfast needs to get huge improvement.

Breakfast was good, glad that it was open from 6am, probably the only hotel near airport. Room was spacious enough. Unfortunately, I didn’t get confirmation for few days about shuttle request and had to figure out how to get to hotel once I arrived.

Nice new feeling, close location for airport, nice view from hill. Nice smiley friendly front desk. They have place can order food. Was bummed they didn’t have iron, hot water didn’t work very well, I’m sure they will work that out.

This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!

tldr, hotel is good. Just dont pay for or use their airport transfer/shuttle. I removed two stars because of the shuttle service. (A) It is a paid shuttle (B) it was 30min late when it picked us up from the airport (C) even after complaining about late picked we asked them to double confirmed that the drop off must be on-time because nobody likes to miss their flight. Shuttle didnt show up and the receptionist had to ask some random person to take us to airport at 4:30AM. It gets pretty hot in the summer, note that the Air conditioning is controlled by receptionist!

From the moment we selected Nenesa for our reservation, they were excellent. Short on time, we called them with questions. We got an immediate answer with very polite, professional, courtesy staff who provided extremely helpful information. They sent us a WhatsApp text right away with all the information they'd just explained and the necessary links. They were very quick to respond to all our texts. They organized pick up from and to the airport for us and that individual too was extremely helpful. We felt very taken care of in a country we did not know the language and had never been in before. We had a very unpleasant experience at the airport with wheelchair assistance which caused us to get separated from our son. We were concerned that would cause us to miss our shuttle but they were extremely gracious in allowing us to wait for our son to find us. The room was small but very sufficient. Great beds, bedding, beautiful bathroom, large shower, air conditioning, and everything you could need for a restful night. They also had a lovely breakfast laid out for us. The staff was exceptional, the location great, the shuttle service fantastic and the value was wonderful. With a little time the next morning, we walked to some shops right there and enjoyed a pretty view of the surrounding country. Because of Nenesa (and our desire to have a more extensive visit to this country) we would definitely stay here again if we could return. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nenesa Hotel!

The hotel is exceptionally clean. It doesn’t appear old and beat up and scratched at all. Also, our room was quiet and spacious enough for us in our luggage. The receptionist was so thoughtful as to provide a sandwiches and tea before leaving the hotel at 5:30 in the morning as the buffet breakfast was not yet open.
