Stayed here while recovering from surgery. They had no shuttle service even though it’s listed on their website which is why I put 4 stars, and no laundry room. Overall the staff were great and accommodating for when my plane landed very early I was able to check in earlier. The suite was clean with a mini kitchen which I enjoyed using, it was a quiet hotel, great for recovery. The complimentary buffet was ok.

#### Nearly very good, but cleanliness an issue.
I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

I really like the staff very friendly i felt like home but the cleaning wasn't good property old and not renovated for long time and there was lots of humidity i our room but thanks to the the staff they were very helpful thank you again

Aria condizionata rumorosa, stanze non areate, camera non pulita, utensili in pessime condizioni come il piano cottura, asciugamani hmm e tantissimi altre cose. Non voglio essere scortese, ma ce ne tanto da lavorarci sopra ogni aspetto. Compreso il numero di ospiti e le comodità. Grazie.

Temiz ve rahattı. Her sey cok iyiydi ancak klima belli bir sureden sonra soguk hava üflüyor. Ve bu bazen odayi soguk yapiyor. Onu hallederlerse cok iyi bir yer. Sabah kahvaltısında sizi üzmez. Konum olarak da iyi metroya 7 8 dakika.

Odaları berbattı en iyi odasini tutmamiza rağmen berbat bir odada kaldik odasinda ztn girdiginiz zaman pis bir koku vardi ve fotoğraftaki odalayla alakasi yoktu Resepsiyon da duran beyefendi de kendini gelistirmesi lazim eğitim falan almasi insanlara hitap ve yaklasim için hic bir sekilde memnun kalmadim ve asla da tavsiye etmiyorum...!

Temizlik konusunda iyi değil eski herşey saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu aradık getirdiler, yorgan inceydi pike gibi ama klima ısıttı. Yeri iyi fiyatı uygun kahvaltı çok vasat ama yenir. Tek gece kalınır.

2 erkek şeklinde yer ayırtmama rağmen odaya girdiğimizde bir tane çift kişilik yatakla karşılaştık ve bazaları ayırıp kendi yatağımızı kurmak durumunda kaldık.Bir çok kez kaldığım bu otelin kalitesi,her kaldığımda daha da düşmeye başladı.Önceki kalışımda da yağmur dolayısıyla su,çatıdan odaya akmıştı.Bir daha asla kalmam
