Good hotel, the only suggestion I would give is to have the ability to lock the windows fully, windows without any grill that open fully are a risk to children. But otherwise the hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful, they have good local knowledge.

Yousaf was amazing the facilities were good we had mom with us who was limited in walking we were on 4th floor the lift helped so much the room was clean and cleaned every day to a high standard water towels and anything else was provided really well the places to visit were nearby and it’s was a very good location for us to shop and go to Istaklali and blue masjid Galat tower grand bazaar all was so close

Pros: Location was convinient. Staffs were friendly. Cons: Room was very small, mattress didn't have protector nor topper. only a thin sheet above the mattress. window nose insulation was poor.

This three star hotel deserves five stars! What a fantastic stay! Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. The location was perfect. My room was amazing. Highly recommend. Shut out the housekeeping: Burce, Nuray and Gǔlay. Also to the front desk who went above and beyond for anything and everything I needed: Fatih, Azad and Meltem.

Juno hotel is very close to Taksim Metro station and Istiklal Cd with its many shops and great cafe's. I very much enjoyed my stay and would stay at Juno Hotel again

a very nice little Hotel. Very good location near to Taksin square but enough distance to be more quiet. Very serviceable people. The breakfast there isn't in the roof like the picture in the site, there is on -1 roof, nice breakfast but they don' t change it so after two days....no more.

Awful tourist trap

Awful. I booked a superior family room and they gave us 2 double rooms, the one was tiny the other had a terrible sewage smell. When I complained they said that the hotel policy for family rooms has changed!! As for the manager did not bother to apologize or talk to us only the receptionist said he can't do anything! Too expensive, totally not worth it.

The elevator barely fits two people, no space for luggage, rude and mean staff. I booked a room for four, I wasn’t provided a blanket and said they are short staffed and can’t bring the blanket and I fact there are no extra ones. I said I didn’t ask for extra, I booked for four proper and the sofa bed has no blanket. A guest came to meet me and he was treated rudely and told to leave with one hour. If there were less then a zero star, I’dve give that. No exhaust in the bathroom, the room stinks.

Disappointing

When I booked the hotel it said non-smoking. Our room had a very strong smell of cigarette and in the middle of the night the couple in the room next to ours started smoking. Tons of smoke came inside our room because there was a door dividing the rooms. It was terrible. It’s definitely a place where non-smoking policy is not enforced. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the room next to ours. The hotel is close to a good area however the street where the hotel is at didn’t make me feel very safe. There’s an abandoned building next to it and a small green area in front of it full of trash and homeless people 😔

Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlardı içeriye tekrardan her girip çıktığınızda tekrardan oda numaramı soruyorlardı bunu beğendim sadece otelin çevresi güzel değil geç saatlerde otele gelmeye korktum onların dışında Otel konaklama yeri fiyat performans ürünüydü çok da fazla beklentim yoktu bir gece iş için geldim ve kaldım temizlik beklenti gayet iyiydi sadece otelin çevresi terk edilmiş inşaatlı evler vardı onlar rahatsız ediciydi ama oda otelini yapabileceği bir şey olduğunu düşünmüyorum
