Excellent hotel with good customer service

Very good location as it's minutes away from metro & bus station. Many amenities around. It's quiet in the evening. Room has cleaned everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. The building is old and in need of renovation, the lift is outdated, and much of the furniture is very old and worn. The room was uncomfortable and poorly designed, which made the stay less enjoyable. Breakfast offered a very poor variety and limited choices. There is also no proper area for guest drop off or pickup, making arrival and departure inconvenient. While the staff were polite, the overall experience fell well below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to travelers looking for a genuine 4 star hotel.

No hot water in the morning, Coffee machine runs out of coffee after 9am only to be told that this is normal even though breakfast is on until 10am, No water randomly, apparently workers conduct tests and the hotel dont know when that is so cant tell you. I was in the shower and when you ask receptionist they tell you to fill kettle with water to have a shower even though water doesnt work No bread, coffee or butter at breakfast, not policed people take alot of food and is not replaced fast enough. Poor selection of breakfast foods Safe broke did not open, Room cleaned at 5pm at night most days, so we couldnt get ready for night after a day of being out Worst hotel stay ive ever stayed at

Worst experience ever. I was in Istanbul at Jaff hotel on a trip. My father passed away during the trip and I had to come back. I paid in advance and cash due to policy. I stayed for a night but the hotel charged four nights. Hotels.com promised a refund so did the hotel, but nothing happened. Even after multiple communication with the app and hotel and both the hotel and app communicating, I still didn't receive the three nights refund. They're still promising me to do so. THIS APP IS A SCAM.

Hotellet har en meget central beliggenhed, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra bekvemt. Personalet var utroligt søde, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe. Jeg har haft en virkelig fantastisk oplevelse. Morgenmaden kunne dog godt forbedres en smule. Udvalget var lidt begrænset, og de sidste dage var det ikke noget, der rigtig fristede. En særlig tak til Ahmet, som virkelig gjorde en forskel under opholdet. Med sit imødekommende og smilende væsen skabte han en varm og positiv stemning. Tak for denne gang – vi ses igen, inshallah.

Konumu gayet yerinde ve temiz bir oteldi. Ancak bazı teknik aksaklıklar ağzımızda ekşi bir tat bıraktı. Bahsetmek gerekirse; odaya ilk girdiğimizde, elektriği aktif eden kart çalışmadı. Başka bir kart verdiler ve aktif oldu. Ardından birkaç saat sonra odadan çıkıp tekrar girmek istediğimizde, verilen kart kapıyı açmadı. Sonrasında 4 kere yenilenmesine rağmen kart çalışmadı ve yarım saat dışarda kaldık. Biz beklerken sorun bir türlü çözüme ulaştırırılamadı. Bundan da öte, personelin kriz iletişimi iyi değildi ve birbirlerini paniğe ve habersizliğe sürüklediler. Ayrıca odada bir de ketıl çalışmıyordu ve personelin çözüm odaksızlığı "nasıl olsa çözemezler" diye düşünmemize sebep oldu ve ketılın çalışmadığını haber bile vermek istemedik.
