Acceptable service and breakfast, reception with Persian and English conversation skills and good guidance and assistance, recommendable hotel considering the price
Breakfast is very basic and just cold food. Very little choice . Lifts are an issue. Only one small lift which is always packed. Location good, but house keeping rubbish. Not as advertised.

Good location, but they gave me the worst room.
I had to pass a long way, more than 40 steps maybe, and then by the end of a hallway, very tiny elevator to -2 floor!
Was a bit difficult and time wasting each time going in and out of the room
Be careful. It is not 4 stars hotel. It is maximum 2 stars hotel. So noisy, can’t find normal internet in the room and all elevators are broken. No one help us for exit. Shame on them…
They remove coffee from our hands after breakfast time ends, without permission! In addition a staff name Amareye was shouting on kids and us because they were swimming and shouted when we told her we will report this. Management didnt do anything about this, it was my 6th visit to this Hotel and its now over i will not book again and i dont recommend at all due to their staff behavior
Looked like a warzone. Dirty. Very deceptive. My children were rejected from the pool because of their age. My reservation clearly stated that children above 5 years are allowed and below 13 need a parent to watch them. The next morning they said that it was a 18+ years plus pool. They couldn't provide any info on where it stated that kids are not allowed. Elevators not working. Looked like a building site. Torches on the roof. Not safe.
The place was filthy. We didn't even stay there.
We were itchy after trying to have a nap.
Clearly bed bugs. And pretty sure they are aware of it . Absolutely disgusting.
Horrible Experience – Stay Away!
I recently stayed at Grand Star Hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy—dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a terrible smell that made it unbearable to stay in. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower, dirty towels, and clogged drains.
The staff was just as bad except one lady called ELANOR. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to any complaints. you need to call the reception 100 times and they don't take any action.

Such an experience never again.
We had extremely poor service from the Manager and his staff.
1.When we first checked in around 2 pm and went into our room, we wanted to have a hot cup of tea. There was tea bags, sugar and powder milk but no tea cups or saucers. We called the reception but was told that the kitchen was closed.
2. The TV had not a single channel working. When we rang the reception, we were told they would send someone to fix it. The next day a technician came but was unable to fix it. Then on the third day the Manager came with another technician. They were able to fix one local news channel in English. The same evening when we returned to our room, that single English Channel was not working. We told the Manager and he said he will have it fixed again but till the date we checked out the TV was not fixed.
3. On the third afternoon of our stay, I was on the lift to come up to our floor. When I got to the 7th floor of our room, the lift would not open. I was stuck inside the lift for 15 minutes frantically pressing the alarm button but no one came to help. Then a customer on the ground floor pressed for the lift, it then started to go down and it then the lift opened.
It was a terrifying experience.
4. On the third day, we went down for breakfast at 9.15am ( it normally close at 10am).. There was no milk for our tea and when we asked for milk, we were told that it had finished. We complained to the Manager, he said sorry, no milk.

Duschtür, Nachtlicht, Duschkopf kaputt. Wände voller Flecken. Tapete klebte auch nicht richtig.
Kissenbezug mit Löchern.
Kakerlaken aus der Dusche.
Man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarzimmer.
Baustelle vorm Fenster.
Die Fotos der website entdprechen nicht diesem Hotel.
Nach Beschwerde, auch über die Nachbarn haben wir neue Zimmer bekommen.
Unten wie oben Schimmel im Bad.
Flecken auf Tapete und Boden.
Das wasser roch nach chlor.
Wellnessbereich war nicht vorhanden, bis märz in Baustelle stand an der Tür. Keine Ahnung wie lange das dauern wird.
Konnten die uns auch nicht sagen.
Das war der grund wieso wir dieses hotel gewählt haben, ausser der pool kostet alles extra.wenn es nur vorhanden wäre.
Alle Fenster waren undicht und nicht schallisoliert, man hat alles gehört die lauten hupen sirenen schreiende Leute alles eine Katastrophe.
Frühstück war nichts für uns, wir haben jeden tag draußen gegessen.
Personal sehr nett, Betten waren gut.
Das wars auch.
Am besten außerhalb einen hotel mieten und zur besuch nach taksim kommen.
Nächstes mal würde ich ein appartement mieten.
In my booking details, there is a service for keeping luggage, but they said they don’t have any spaces for it.. it is so bad!! So i needed to carry luggage to 8:00 pm my bus time after checking out!!
Hôtel médiocre, ne peut pas être un 4 étoiles. On était au 9eme étage avec un seul ascenseur les 2 autres ascenseurs ne fonctionnent pas. C’était infernal!!
Attente énorme devant un petit ascenseur. La femme de broyage ne vient pas chaque jour. Même si on réclame la réception ne fait rien.

Ne anahtar verdi ne de eşyalarımızı alıp yeni odaya geçmemizde bize eşlik etmedi.Odaya geldiğimizde koridorda karanlıkta kalakaldık. Anahtar almak için Resepsiyona çıktığımızda neden bize eşlik etmediğini sorduğumuzda, onun işi olmadığını ve buraya gelip kendimizin anahtarı almamız gerektiğini söyledi. Tartışma çıkarttı,sesini yükseltti ve utanmadan tehtitler savurdu. Bu şikayetimizi otel müdürü Erdem beye de ilettik.Yani personel konusunda otel berbat ne yazıkki. Hiç iyi bir deneyim olmadı bizim için. Bir daha tercihte etmem.
