Friendly staff and great location!

The staff at this hotel are all absolutely amazing!!! They are all very helpful and friendly and very accomodating! I felt like I made new friends while staying and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Also the location was perfect. Walking distance to the grand bazaar and all other tourist attractions. Also walking distance to the metro and great restaurants! The staff also speak English which was very helpful!! Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul a wonderful experience!!

Dirty and old. Breakfast in another building and no coffee neither water. Only tee. Very tight and lift is on second level. Spa and pool 100 meters away. I requested street view but I got on back and room like closet sizes

The location of this hotel is great, close to the heart of Old Istanbul. The staff was friendly. As a family, we stayed in an apartment on the first floor, but no elevator. We paid extra for breakfast. We had breakfast every day at Hafez Mostafa, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We had booked a hotel, but when we arrived, this hotel was unsafe. The room was very small, it smelled, and the bathroom was very small too. We had booked it for three days, and they did not give us a refund. This hotel is a scam hotel. There is no safety. Think a hundred times before booking this hotel
