I ended up getting a haircut because I had no other option. I had no idea how much he was going to charge until he finished, and the price was even more expensive than a night’s stay at the hotel. It was absolutely insane. His attitude made it seem like he knew guests had no other choice, so he tried to get as much money as possible from one customer. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable on popular tourist spots. they offered helpful services like shuttles; especially if you do not have a car. The hotel was located in a great spot if you prefer to be in a more quiet area. It was about 10-20 mins to get to most tourist locations. Adding the breakfast option was clutch. The 10th floor offered a great view of the landscape and the food/options were great. Again, the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little gym for those who want to get a quick workout in. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Special shoutout to guest relations and manager Muhammad Savuncu; everyone was very kind. My family and I recommend this hotel. 5 stars for us. We will be coming back when staying in Istanbul.
