Not bad.

The location is vary good if you want to visit istanbul's historical sites. There is no elevator in the hotel!! There was a smoking smell in the room most of the time during our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was not good!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The building is quite old, which gives it a certain charm, and the location is excellent, just a short walking distance from the main attractions in Sultanahmet. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. There are a few things to keep in mind, the hotel does not have an elevator, only stairs, and because the building is made of wood, you can sometimes hear footsteps from the rooms above. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service at the reception. Aykut, in particular, was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. His warm attitude made my stay much more enjoyable. The breakfast was okay they can do better. Overall, a well-located hotel with great service, especially thanks to Aykut.

This hotel is an ideal location and very close proximity to all the main visiting sights. It is a clean and relatively new hotel, with classic decor and spacious rooms. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Ferhat, Aykut and Hamza on reception who were really accomodating. The cleaners didn’t speak much English but were lovely ladies called Aynur and Kadriye. The only thing I would say is the choice of breakfast items isn't great and very basic. If this offered more hot food, it would be amazing in my opinion! Saying this, the staff members Serhat, Yiğit and Halit went out of their way to do whatever they could to help, always smiling which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

A lovely, well located, well appointed, hotel - I stayed for 14 nights! My room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast (over the road) was great. The staff were all lovely, particularly Aykut at Reception - he was ever friendly and helpful! You couldn't do better for a place to stay in Istanbul.

Couldn’t do Better than Bender Hotel

First, the location is perfect: so close to the Topkapi Palace; Blue Mosque; Hagia Sofia; Basilica Cistern; and more. Second, the hotel is modern, clean, has comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. Finally, the staff is extremely helpful, not just for the hotel, but also for tours, advice and transportation to and from the airport. I’m totally pleased.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bender, the room was excellent and the staff were helpful and attentive. It's conveniently located close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, while the breakfast room offers a 360 degree view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. At the end of our stay, we were given some complimentary souvenirs, including a fridge magnet and a box of Turkish delight which was a lovely surprise. I would highly recommend it and we'll definitely be coming back again!

Ao chegarmos no hotel fomos bem recebidos e até nos trocaram de quarto pois num primeiro momento queriam nos colocar num quarto logo ao lado da recepção e com janelas na beira da rua. Então fomos para o quarto ao lado mas mesmo assim o barulho foi o que mais nos incomodou nesse hotel. Ele tem quatro quartos no térreo logo após a recepção que é muito barulhenta de dia e de noite, pois todos que chegam ao hotel passam por ali. Sem contar que atrás do hotel tem um restaurante, aonde também é servido o café da manhã, então é barulho desde cedo, até tarde da noite. Inclusive nosso quarto ficava em cima da cozinha do hotel, então realmente o barulho foi algo que nos incomodou muito. Para o café da manhã é necessário sair por trás do hotel e acessá-la por uma escada externa, então se estiver chovendo você se molha. A maioria dos dias era apenas um funcionários atendendo todos no café da manhã e apesar da boa vontade e simpatia, ele não dava conta de tudo. Seria importante ter mais pessoas atendendo e até dar um treinamento. O quarto era bom, espaçoso, bons móveis. Apenas o chuveiro que tinha um problema que esquentava e esfriava várias vezes durante o banho, e num frio de Istambul isso é bem desagradável. Se você for ficar nesse hotel e gosta de um pouco de silêncio e privacidade, certifique-se de não ficar em um quarto no térreo.

깔끔하고 좋은 숙소. 엘베없음 조식별로

숙소 깨끗하고 뜨신물도 잘 나오고 직원분들도 다 친절합니다. 엘리베이터가 없기는 해요. 위치도 나름 안전한 느낌이 드는 쪽이라 좋아요. 다만 조식은 기대하지 않는게 좋을듯 합니다ㅜ 그냥 나가서 카이막 드세요

Schönes und sauberes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Blaue Moschee, Hagia Sofia oder Topkaki). Die Zimmer sind groß und altmodisch eingerichtet. Das Personal höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksbereich ist jedoch im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster.
