Great location, super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sultanahmet district and the mosques nearby. The only quibble we had was that our room was on the small side and more space would have been welcome.

From start to finish everything was excellent. Staff was responsive, available, and proactive before and during our stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was made more enjoyable by the all of the servers especially the usta. Rooms were spotless and cleaned upon request. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant prices were a little high compared to the street but it was on par with others. Service was responsive and friendly. The spa received glowing, pun intended, reviews by the members of my group who used it. Everything was top notch. This is my hotel in Sultanahmet from now on.
