Offering a relaxed atmosphere within a popular Ispra holiday complex, this timeless apartment with 2 double bedrooms .

Inside, a spacious and functional layout provides a comfortable setting for 2 couples and flexible groups. The inviting open plan living room features a timeless sitting area with flatscreen TV, a dining area and double French doors, which lead out onto a covered balcony terrace with plastic dining set. From the living area, two steps lead to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, with service hatch. Two very spacious double bedrooms (1 with balcony access) are accompanied by a full shower room with washing machine.

Outside, a stone-built BBQ complements the alfresco dining area to the covered balcony. The apartment enjoys a tranquil setting on the Lake Maggiore hillside, overlooking the holiday complex. The seasonal on-site adult pool with kid-friendly paddling pool are both situated 800 metres away (up to 4 free pool passes are provided for guests use).

For larger groups looking to stay, the apartment is situated in the same complex as ‘Riva del Caolino’ (ID 1332), ‘Casa Azalea’ (ID 1455), ‘Rododendro Rosso’ (ID 1868), ‘Villa Elisabetta’ (ID 2934), ‘Residenza Fontana’ (ID 2397) and ‘Villa Magnolia Stellata’ (ID 3172).

The holiday residence is located along ‘via Belvedere’, which is situated in an elevated position approximately 800 metres from the centre of Ispra (2 minutes’ drive). The well-serviced resort town offers a host of local amenities to enhance a self-catering stay, including supermarkets, a bakery, wide selection of restaurants, ice-cream shops, bars and a lake beach. From Ispra, the famous Monastery of ‘Santa Caterina del Sasso’ and the well-connected resort of Laveno-Mombello (with its train station and ferry service to Stresa and Verbania) are 14-21 minutes’ drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 28th of May 2025 to the 11th of September 2025

Die Wohnung ist ok hat aber doch einen Renovierungsrückstand, besondrrs unschön Fliegengitter an den Fenstern fehlend bzw. Kaputt, keine Klimaanlage, keine Kaffemaschine und kein Geschirrspüler, was eigentlich Standatd sein sollte, Pool und Tennis nicht beim Haus, Tennis kostet extra, Pool benötigt eine Badehaube für 5 Euro ;-( gut waren Terasse mit Vorgarten, ruhig und der Grill, Nähe zu gegenüberliegendem Seniorenheim ist keine Einschränkung und unproblematisch

Aufgrund der eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten hier nur eine stichpunktartige Zusammenfassung: Pro: - eher keine touristische Hochburg - durch die Woche war der Pool so gut wie nicht besucht - wunderschöner See - gute Preise in der Gastronomie (Tipp: Pizzeria Capriccio im Ort!) - wir haben immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür gefunden - wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen - Waschmaschine - modernes Bad - Sauberkeit Neutral - schöne Deko in der Wohnung - reger Lieferverkehr 24/7 am Altenheim direkt gegenüber - Internet per LTE-Modem mit 5 GB/Tag; Empfang so lala Negativ - äußerlich wirkt das Haus heruntergekommen - Garten ist zugewuchert - sehr alte Fliegengitter nur an zwei Fenstern (definitiv selber was einpacken und für den Aufenthalt "nachrüsten"!) Es ist erkennbar, dass wohl mal fast überall welche waren, die dann aber kaputt gegangen sind und nicht erneuert wurden - Terassenstühle sehr unbequem und alt - kein Ventilator vorhanden (wir hatten über zwei Wochen um die 35°C) - Küche ohne Schneidebrett, Schere, Schneebesen... - Zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr - Zündung am Gasherd funktioniert nicht mehr (Lebensgefahr!) - keine Spülmaschine Alles in allem wirkt es so, als wolle man "auf die letzten Jahre" so viel Geld wie möglich aus der Wohnung ziehen und sich vor notwendigen Investitionen drücken. Wir haben trotzdem eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Ispra verbracht. Insbesondere der Pool, welcher nur am Wochenende stark besucht ist (da kommen die italienischen Touris aus den Metropolen in ihre Wochenend-Wohnungen), mit Rettungsschwimmer Max war wirklich eine gute Möglichkeit zum Entspannen.
