On an area of about 100 square meters, fully air conditioned, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with kitchen, attic.
Outside there is a large dining veranda and in the back there is an oven and barbeque area.
Surrounded by greenery, for a holiday in full tranquility and relaxation.
Close to important tourist sites (e.g. Noto, Siracusa, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla) and to beautiful beaches awarded with a blue flag.

Casa accogliente , proprietario e collaboratori molto gentile ! Necessario del auto per andare al mare , ma facile a parcheggiare . Terreno ampio perfetto per un amico a 4 zampe . Consiglio per una vacanza tranquilla e piacevole ! Grazie 👍🏼
