The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered!
