The AC works well to cool the room, the beds are clean, the bathroom is large with hot water that stays a constant temperature. The staff is very kind and helpful and the views are incredible from the rooftop. There are plenty of tables and space to grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset."

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "

"호텔위치가 좋다는 것 말고는 충격적인 환경!! 샤워실에 물이 안내려가서 방을 바꿨는데 그방도 샤워실 물이 잘 안내려갔음. 2박을 하는데 한번만 씼었음. 2박3일동안 청소 안해줌. 이블보가 더러웠음. 한사람의 직원이 밥도 주고 배수구도 점검하고 카운터도 봄. 엘리베이터가 없는데 짐을 알아서 내려야했음. 일박후 아침식사때 달걀 프라이를 부탁했더니 달걀을 사러 가겠다고 함. 두번째 아침에는 달걀프라이를 해줌. 뷔페식이 아니라 현지식인데 채소가 부족했음. 과일은 씻지 않은 상태로 상표가 붙어있는 채로 나옴. 눈이 많이 온 다음날 택시를 불렀는데 호텔앞까지 못들어와서 짐을들고 눈길을 나가서 타야 했음"

The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad—all the surfaces were clean & the sheets fresh—but, for example, the rugs in the bathroom had hair, & the harder to reach places had dust, so clearly the...
