Perfect service: very helpful staff. Breakfast very good buffet style. Only bathroom door are clearly visible through the glass window in it so very uncomfortable when you travel with friends. We only had a small amount of time to see Khiva, as there was an unusual dust storm the day we arrived. I had walked through the city that day, but I wanted the get some blue-sky pictures the next morning when the dust had cleared. I was able to do a quick loop through all of the main sights of Khiva and snap pictures in just the 15 minutes before our cab arrived. That's how good the location is. The rooms were definitely Uzbek and not American decorative taste, but were clean and well maintained and worked out great.
