Oceanfront Condo with Great Views from 3rd Floor Private Balcony

  • Start your day with coffee and breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony of this welcoming beachfront condo. Bright and comfortable throughout, the living area offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the sand, complete with a TV and DVD player for cozy evenings indoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy vacation meals, along with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. Laminate flooring throughout the main living space and carpet in the bedroom create a comfortable, home-away-from-home atmosphere for your coastal getaway.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
