ABSOLUTE Oceanfront one bedroom, one bath condo located within the Isle of Palms gated community of Wild Dunes. Large outdoor community pool, right near the Atlantic Ocean! This beautiful single-level end unit is conveniently situated on the second floor of the oceanfront F building within the Port O' Call condo complex of Wild Dunes. Simply walk down the complex stairs, or ride the elevator, for quick access to the beach or pool. The condo has been outfitted with coastal furnishings, an updated bathroom, full size washer and dryer, added cabinet space, and bonus sleeper sofa in the living room. We know you will love it! \*\*ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.\*\* NEW for 2025 Rental Season: Kitchen updated with brand new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless appliances. Bedroom outfitted with new furnishings, and living room furnishings refreshed (new sleeper mattress July 2025). Come and savor the sea breeze on the screened porch, or relax indoors with ocean views from the bedroom, living area, and kitchen. Entry doors could also use a spruce-up. We dined at Sea Biscuit, ACME low country, and Salt Water Cowboy on IOP, plus made a trip into Charleston to explore - all fantastic. The "money shot" as they say in Hollywood is the spacious beachfront screened-in porch in which feel like you're on the beach. The porch juts out a bit from the building so you get the same breeze as do those sitting in their beach chairs 50 to 100 feet in front of you. The pool is just a few steps from the unit, and the beach is beautiful and uncrowded. I recommend that you bring your own beach lounge chairs or similar for hanging out on the porch. ##### Charles M. We have been staying in Port 'o Call units for 20+ years, this one tops the list for comfort with extra counter space and a walk-in shower. And when the garbage disposal jammed we called maintenance who had someone there within a few hours. Turns out the disposal had rusted inside and needed replacement. ##### Eric S. The bed was very big and amazingly comfortable. Enjoy your coffee in the morning and all your meals on the beautiful screened in porch. We left relaxed and happy.
