This vacation home was updated in spring 2025 with new living room furnishings, fresh paint throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. The expansive ocean views from most of the rooms can’t be beat and the oceanside community pool is a great amenity for kids and adults! Living Area: The living room has brand new comfortable furnishings and incredible ocean views. Off of the living room is the deck which is the prefect place to soak up the sun and the sea breeze. The dining area offers a table that seats six. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters and a breakfast bar. You can even enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals to be shared with loved ones. Bedrooms: Upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, ocean view and a private deck. Upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath, golf course view and a private deck Downstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the hall bath. Bathrooms: There are three full baths and they all include a bathtub-shower combination.
