The unit was equipped with everything we needed! Beachside Vacations, the property manager, did an outstanding job to ensure all went well. Best vacation we have had in a while. Love the views of the ocean from the screened porch and balconey. Very comfortable condo! The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, not a mix match of dishes, glassware and cookware as we have experienced before. Looking forward to our next visit! ##### Sarah W. The screened porch and rooftop deck were great for relaxing and offered nice views of the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we didn't do any major cooking because there were so many excellent restaurants nearby. The best thing about this condo is its proximity to the beach. We could roll out of bed and be on the beach to watch the sunrise in 2 minutes! We also enjoyed having access to the heated lap pool near the Wild Dunes hotel. Ibooked this unit in Oct. 2018 and was disappointed with the lack of good housekeeping and reported several problems. When I realized I was again in unit A304 I looked around and discovered everything was in the best of care. The week was delightful and I will book A304 again. The condo was plenty for a long weekend but as a family of 4 we couldn't have stayed much longer. The bed in the pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. My son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The main bed was in need of a new mattress but other than that it was a lovely place and we enjoyed pur time there!! Check in was amazing they didn't have anyone there before us so they let us check in early which allowed us to get out on the beach and enjoy one of the few warm days we had while we were here. ##### James and Kim B. ### 6/10 Okay #### JO ANNA S. 22 Apr 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### 304A Port O Call The location was great! the only downside was it is an older unit and the furniture is old and well worn, not inviting. The commode wasn't stable, broken tiles in the kitchen, dirty air filters and vents. This was a last minute trip for us so it worked fine and the weather was in the low to mid 70s so we had the windows open and could hear and see the ocean - lived on the screened in porch when we were there. The kitchen is fine, nice appliances and well stocked other than they need pot holders. ##### JO ANNA S. Small, cozy, - porch was nice and opens into master Bad news: the Beach was undergoing beach reclamation and the bull dozers were going all day and night. w/ their beeping noise. sure would have like to have been told about this before spending this kind of money. ugh!
