The couch is so cozy and fun, and the closed-in front porch was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! We'd definitely stay here again.Cons: When we checked in, the 7 on the lock wasn't working and it took us several minutes and really pressing the heck out of the button for it to work. It was really frustrating and people kept thinking they had been locked out. Just a heads up to management that you might want to fix that. There were also a couple random things left around the house (an empty fan box, a detached ceiling light) that made it seem like maintenance had just been there but hadn't cleaned up afterwards. A few houses from beach access. Need to cross busy Palm Blvd, but no issue. The house was well stocked and very clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had some flooding due to heavy rains and they took care of it. It did not disrupt our stay in any way. Paid additional money to access the property early. The house was not clean and in the middle of the night we lost electricity. The rental company assisted in moving my family to another property, but we lost several hours packing up and moving everyone and unpacking at the new home. The house is a little like a beach bungalow -- older, but very well maintained and charming. There are ceiling fans in almost all rooms and on the front porch where we enjoyed coffee, beverages, and several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and well-arranged for a family. We REALLY want to know where the comfy armchairs in the living room came from, so we can get some too! The property manager was very responsive - the dryer wasn't working during our stay, so she had our laundry done at the local laundromat (what a nice vacation for me!). It's a beautiful property, inside and out, and about a 5 minute walk (4 houses and cross the street) to the beach. There were some beach toys, body boards, chairs, and a cart for guest use.
