Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our pup. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were updated and clean- no bugs. The furniture is a bit tired but overall we enjoyed.

Long weekend getaway

Easy access to the beach, dog friendly, clean, really nice grill, perfect for what we needed. convenient location so if you wanted to dine out, you had many options, you could even walk to get there.

Great location

The house is very well appointed. The only minor issues we had, the master bedroom was a little warm, no pantry to put grocery items. The house is really beautiful, great location to beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Kitchen very well stocked with appliances.

This property had many great features-nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was not big (well stocked) but we ate out every night. House is located close to 9th street beach which was lovely & not crowded. FYI-You must bring/rent all beach equipment:chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. This house faces a pretty busy street

The property met all our family’s needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and our 2 adult daughters (ages 24 and 21) had plenty of room. Our 3 dogs (ours + each daughter’s) were accommodated, and this was essential for us to be there. We were a short walk from 9th Avenue beach access, and a short walk from our IOP favorites: Acme, Cafe Paname, Sea Biscuit, The Dinghy. We had a great visit and very much enjoyed the house.

Family Reunion

We loved staying at "Here Comes the Sun". The house was lovely and decorated so beautifully, it felt much more like a home than a rental. Loved all the unexpected extras like cooler bag and beach towels, umbrella and chairs, lighted vanity mirrors in both bathrooms, iron/ironing board and drying rack for delicates and lots of extra blankets for cozy afternoons when the storms roll in. We especially loved being on the quiet side of IOP yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach rental voucher was greatly appreciated and we used our beach cruiser bikes daily. Great stay!

Excellent location within Isle of Palms, and though not an inexpensive property, this house has a better value proposition than other homes closer to the beach. The three minute walk to the beach is minuscule, but the free marketplace deems that distance a significant rental rate discount to homes with a one minute walk to the beach or with private steps onto the beach. Property is advertised truthfully and well maintained. Property management company communication was proactive and efficient. Great property!

R&R getaway!

Great place in many ways. We spent a long weekend there with our daughter celebrating her college graduation. Short walks to IOP restaurants and the beach. The house is clean and fun. Love the outdoor shower.

Cute home

Let me start by saying we’re originally from the area so we knew what to expect of the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops. The house is decorated nicely, very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has a great outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Thanksgiving on IOP

Property was as photographed. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. We did our own Turkey trot and ocean plunge at sunrise! Wonderful memories! Only complaint was kitchen wasn’t that well stocked with proper pots and pans and baking dishes and bowls.
