### Seascape 219 by Wild Dunes, Oceanfront Condo

Stunning ocean and pool views, designer furnishings, and airy floor plans make this two bedroom, two bath oceanfront rental a prime spot for your beach getaway. Located one mile north of the Grand Pavilion and just steps from the Seascape pool, this South Carolina beach condominium offers convenient access to many of Wild Dunes Resort’s popular facilities. Take in beautiful Atlantic landscapes indoors or outdoors, with ocean-facing windows and an outdoor balcony that connects to the living room and master bedroom. A full, renovated kitchen features fresh cabinetry, custom overhead lighting, and counter seating for four that looks out on an inviting dining area with a table and chairs for six. The living room presents comfortable sofas, well-chosen accents, and loads of bright sunlight. Sleeping quarters for up to four guests include a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom yields tastefully styled decor and refreshed bathrooms. Dip in the waves, soak up the sun, and enjoy a warm Lowcountry welcome at this charming beachfront.  
  
Please note, during the months of September 2023 – June 2024, the Seascape building will be under construction and the building’s private pool will be closed. Guests will be able to enjoy any of the five other resort pools during their stay.  
  
All guests renting this condo will receive full access to all of Wild Dunes Resort's abundant activities and amenities, including:  
\-Resort pools, including oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools, Sweetgrass Inn pool complex, Swim Center, and Adults-Only Boardwalk Inn Pool.  
\-Access to an array of resort shopping with exclusive 10% off discount at select retail outlets.  
\-Preferred dining reservations and access to 10+ year-round and seasonal restaurants and bars.   
\-Preferred spa and salon appointments at the Spa at Sweetgrass, named among the top 100 spas by Spas of America.  
\-Preferred pricing on bicycle rentals, beach chair rentals, and special events.  
\-Access to Wild Dunes Resort Island Adventures® recreation programs, which include an array of workshops, camps, and excursions, along with complimentary weekly activities.   
\-Access to tennis and pickleball at the internationally acclaimed Wild Dunes Tennis Center. Enjoy one hour of complimentary tennis court time per bedroom, per day based on availability starting at noon.  
\-Preferred golf tee times on two award-winning, Tom Fazio-designed courses: The Links Course and The Harbor Course.  
\-Complimentary access to resort fitness centers and resort Business Center.

Credit authorization required at check in for $90 per day due to ability to charge anything on the resort back to your room. This authorization will be reversed at check out for any funds not used during your stay. Most banks take 5-7 business days to actually credit your card back the funds if using a debit card.

#### Comfortable

The property itself is very nice and comfortable. Our condo didn’t have a start up package, no dish towels, and very few spoons. We flew in to Charleston so weren’t able to pack extra supplies for stay. Also, we were never given pool/beach codes so thank goodness other family members were in other condos to share the codes.
