Beautiful ocean vistas, well-appointed interiors, and convenient access to superior resort amenities are just a few of the perks of this charming Isle of Palms rental. A fully stocked kitchen with bar counter seating for four, and a dining table with chairs for six provide ample comfort and space for your mealtime needs. Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas, the living room lends cozy furnishings and an adjoined outdoor balcony underlined by beautiful coastline. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a private outdoor deck with seating, and a private bath featuring a double vanity and upgraded tile. A second bedroom on the opposite side of the home offers a queen and a twin bed, as well as a connecting bath with a walk-in shower and hall access. A sofa bed in the living room rounds out the sleeping accommodations for up to seven guests. Please note, during the months of September 2023 – June 2024, the Seascape building will be under construction and the building’s private pool will be closed. The condo was clean and well appointed. There is very little cell service on the island (not the fault of the property) but the wifi was not working and this made it very difficult check restaurants or make plans. Love this property. The decor was up to date and kitchen was just what we needed for the amount of cooking we did during out stay. The porch/deck was out favorite place. The views were amazing and all of the windows let it a lot of extra light. My only negative feedback was that the mattress in the Master Bed needs to be replaced.
