Your private boardwalk begins just off the back deck. This home offers two covered porches, an open concept living area with two story windows providing ocean views from every level! Spread over multiple floors this six-bedroom, four-bathroom house comfortably accommodates 12 people. The kitchen has granite counter tops, double oven, breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining table seats 12 and is located next to the kitchen bar offering additional seating. The living room has comfortable seating for gathering around the TV as well as a second sofa/sitting area looking out over the ocean. On the third floor there is a den with a pub table, comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV, 3 additional bedrooms which includes the Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. For outdoor living there is a covered front porch, 2 ocean front covered porches; one with outdoor dining. On the top floor there are 2 open sundecks. This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet and a HULU subscription on the living room TV, all other TVs are streaming only. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. The company is great with a particular shout out to the maintenance department who are on top of any issues and very helpful and the front desk crew that is friendly and accommodating. It is not super updated which is fine, it's a beach house and I don't want to panic if any little thing goes wrong on our side – the fact is, some sand is going to come in! Everything works, it's a great design, and there is tons of room to get together or find a little privacy. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to be able to stay for a few weeks in the slow season and had a super time. The location of the house is close enough to town to allow for walking to dinner and the grocery store and it is a nice walk the other direction all the way to the Sullivan's Island cut. If you are very particular the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated might bother you but they are totally fine and in perfect working order so we think it's great. The layout of the house is open and the furniture is just fine- beach house, cosy, not fussy. Island Realty is really great. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the house didn't match the price and expectations. Lots of items were unsatisfactory. For example, one bathroom had a broken shower door, which was just sitting in front of the toilet instead of being installed. So when you showered the bathroom got wet and when you used the toilet you were cramped. Speaking of toilets. They are old with worn toilet seats and clogging issues. The TV in the main living room turned on but couldn't find channels. The main lights in 3 bedrooms didn't turn on.The frying pans were bent, so you had to try to balance them, so you could fry some eggs. One bathroom was dirty and one bedroom had dirty sheets.
