The property is private, quiet, the pool and property are well maintained and the communication from property management was clear, timely and comprehensive so there was never any questions about how to check in, wifi passwords, etc. There were plenty of towels and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our son, his wife, and their 2 year old had the first floor. Since they get up early, the 4 older adults on the 2nd floor didn’t hear them. Everyone loved the pool and how close local restaurants were. We enjoyed walking to dinner, and to the beach. The kitchen had every dish, glass, mixer, etc that we needed. We picked up a shrimp boil from the local seafood store and cooked at the rental. We had pizza from around the corner on a rainy day! It was dirty, beat up, moldy and smelled. There was mold on nearly every vent in the home, water spots in the ceiling with bubbling paint. The doors are sticky from grime, the shower heads in both bathrooms upstairs didn’t work and the pool needed water. This property has amazing potential with a great location and space of the home. However it is poorly managed and has clearly been neglected. Not to mention a “maintenance” man showed up with no warning to fix a toilet paper holder—which I felt was the least of this property’s concern and unacceptable to show up without notification. Overall I would stay in this location again but never in this rental. I’m only giving 3 stars for the location and heated pool. ##### Melissa E. There is a door at the top of the stairs that provides safety for toddlers as well as privacy between the floors. Beach chairs, wagon and toys made it easy to pack up for time at the beach.
