Me and 16 of my girlfriends stayed at Sea Gem for my bachelorette and it was an absolute dream! We had so much space - plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house was clean and the beds were sooo comfortable! We loved the open concept living area and beautiful kitchen. The pool was so nice and being literally seconds from the beach was amazing. We had a group stay in IOP for the Charleston half marathon. This house was perfect for our group. We LOVED the big dining room table for game nights. There was plenty of space for us, it was so close to the beach access, and it was a prime location. Communication with the property manager was great. House was clean and had all we needed. The pictures don’t do this home justice. There are multiple common areas and bathrooms too. We were a party of 12 and the home was spacious and roomy with a beautiful backyard and beach access directly across the street. The beach location was gorgeous, clean and a perfect spot for morning walks and sunrises. On hot days the pool was clutch in keeping us cool. Proximity to the beach cannot be beat and there was so much space for our group of 14! This house was perfect for our bachelorette party. Everyone loved the large hang out spaces and ample sized rooms. When we weren’t at the beach, we were chilling in the backyard enjoying the pool and fire pit. The house is well stocks with all the appliances and cutlery/plates/utensils you could need for a weekend of food and fun. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and the team was extremely responsive answering all our questions! We very much enjoyed our time at this house. We had a large group of 17 girls, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location in Isle of Palms, walking distance to the beach which was a plus. The backyard was great for hanging out and swimming, and the outdoor deck on the second level of the front of the house was perfect too. The house was very nice and worked out great for our big group. The only hiccup we had was the hot tub was not working the first day we wanted to use it, which was a bummer. But they got someone in the next day to fix it, so appreciate them working fast to get that fixed. ##### Mary F. It was great to have a place with 7 bedrooms, a pool and literally across the street from beach access. The house was really great, with many porches, tvs and space for everyone. The only very minor issues were that there was no ball for the foosball table and that in typical rental homes there are sometimes general supplies left from other guests such as tinfoil or zip lock bags or some spices. This house has nothing at all (except they seem to allow everyone to leave coffee filters). ##### Joanne T. We had a large group girls weekend and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space for to gather together and to hideaway for some alone time. The home is 3 floors with 4 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 bedroom on the second main floor, and 2 bedrooms on the third top floor. Everyone slept well on the beds. The kitchen and main living spaces were decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the backyard with the heated pool and had a private yoga class and picnic on the turf lawn. The only feedback we had was wishing the pool and the hot tub could be heated/used at the same time without needing to ask the company to turn the hot tub on. We also could’ve used more trash bags, toilet paper, and bath towels, but we brought some from home knowing houses typically only stock the starter amount. The location of the house is absolutely perfect one row back on Isle of Palms. We looked forward to spending most of our time at the beach which is so convenient to the house. However, due to Hurricane Debbie we didn’t get as much beach time. We did utilize the pool instead and there were many things in the house to keep our “littles” occupied. Even with the bad weather we had a wonderful time. The house is huge and well appointed. We had everything we needed and then some. We even had a personal visit from the home owner who came to check on us during the storm. We were without power for about 12 hours but still felt secure in the house. It was definitely a memorable trip, in more ways than one! ##### Cheryl E. The bedrooms were nice and we enjoyed spending time on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and had many amenities, so it was easy to prepare meals for our group. The location was great and so easy to enjoy walks on the beach. The only thing we would recommend is to consider the charges for the pool and hot tub. We opted not to pay the extra, but it would have been nice to have the hot tub be included in the rental fees. The owners were very responsive when the air on the top floor went out, but were unable to get somebody out in time to get it fixed.
