Our home boasts an inverted floor plan, with an open kitchen, dining room, and family room on the top level. You can unwind and take in the scenic views from the wrap-around porches on the 2nd and 3rd levels, with glimpses of the ocean. For your comfort and convenience, we offer an inground gated pool (which can be heated), as well as a level and spacious backyard. Additionally, our home is equipped with an elevator and Wi-Fi connectivity. We take pride in providing accessibility for all our guests, and thus, one of our rooms features an attached bath with wheelchair accessibility. This room includes 36-inch wide doors and a barrier-free shower entry, ensuring a comfortable stay for anyone who may need it. Convenience is key during your stay with us, as we are just one block away from the town's attractions, including restaurants, shops, and easy beach access. The ground floor offers a secondary family room/game room equipped with a kitchenette, full refrigerator (with icemaker), pool table and shuffleboard table. Moving up to the second level, you'll find four bedrooms and a laundry room. Among them is a spacious primary suite (K) with an en suite bathroom and access to the wrap-around back porch. Another bedroom (K) is also en suite and designed to be handicap accessible. The remaining two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath, with one having a king bed and the other a queen bed. On the third level, you'll be welcomed by a sunlit main living area with large windows that offer breathtaking views. This space is perfect for family gatherings, with a spacious and open kitchen featuring stainless appliances, including a double oven, Wolf cooktop and 42-inch Subzero refrigerator. For added convenience, we have a separate wine refrigerator and a small beverage refrigerator. The living area features ample table space for everyone to enjoy meals together, while a 65-inch TV is available for your entertainment needs. Two bedrooms are also located on this level—one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, attached to a full bath with a shower. This bath is also accessible from the hall. Both bedrooms offer access to the 3rd level front porch. Isle of Palms is a picturesque barrier island near Charleston, offering the tranquility of a beach town while being just a 20-minute drive away from the vibrant attractions of downtown Charleston. In addition to the beautiful beaches, IOP features a marina where you can dine or charter a boat. The island also boasts an impressive recreational center with playgrounds, tennis courts, sport fields, and basketball courts. Please note that to rent this house, guests must be 30 years of age or older. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we have a strict no smoking and no pets policy. Additionally, no hosted events of any kind are permitted. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12\. The house provided everything we needed. Many bedrooms, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach equipment, a private pool and game tables. Loved the location close to the beach and close to food. Most of the house has been recently updated. It’s bright, comfortable and spacious. The elevator was very helpful for older people and moving luggage and groceries to the top floor. The location is great, a short walk to the beach. It is a fabulous beach with gentle surf but enough waves to ride a surfboard or boogie board. The house had tons of games to play after a day at the pool or beach. In spite of the weather we had an amazing week with family and friends and had plenty of windows for beach time -excellent communication from property manager with storm updates and quick responses to questions -ideal location-close to the action by the pier without being too crowded-slightly higher ground so no flooding and we maintained power -easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery -tons of space -basement with pool, ping pong, shuffle board, fridge and separate entrance -we have stayed at many different houses on iop over the last 30 years-this was one of the best stocked kitchens-also plenty of beach chairs, games and puzzles ##### Andrea C. We had 10 adults ranging in age from 23-73\. There was something for everyone to do. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with all the appliances you could need. The garbage disposal was not working, I let Sean and Jeremy know and the next day we had a brand new one. The bedrooms were clean and bright and big, with lots of windows. It was only a five-minute walk to the beach and shops, and bars/restaurant's. The pool was perfect and had areas of shade and sun. I would definitely stay here again!! The location was excellent. The house was beautiful. We did notice some things that needed addressed. I texted number as directed but we didn’t receive a response. I called the next day and they were able to have someone call me. They did address most all of the items quickly. One item they assured us was a gift card for my daughter’s pants that were torn from a nail protruding from the dining chair. They replaced the chair quickly but didn’t follow through with the gift card. ##### Terry M. However, the items provided are simply not enough so you will need to buy your own dishwasher pods, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels and beach towels are also not provided. For such a large house and great location you would think they would keep it stocked with necessities such as beach towels and things like olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the whole trip. I was expecting a little more in this department and the trash bags and toilet paper were the cheapest possible you can find, as well as the sheets being pretty cheap as well. Overall, I would stay here again because of the size and location. ##### Carson T. We had a group of 11 and the space was excellent. So many places to hang out, not only as small groups but also as a large group. The kitchen is very usable and the labels on drawers and cupboards are extremely helpful. (The light switches and fan switches are also labeled!) We made a lasagna dinner easily with the utensils and supplies in the house (we bought foil pans, though). The only cooking supplies are spices, but there is a wide selection of those. Bathroom spaces are excellent as was the game room. Loved being so close to the beach and we walked there so many times. Some good places to get meals nearby and a grocery store just down the street. Could not ask for much more and so much fun to be there! I would agree with other reviewers that a few more dish towels would be helpful and appreciated. Two isn't many for a functional kitchen of this size. And while it is not a dealbreaker, having to empty all garbage cans (other than the kitchen ones which makes sense to me), strip all the beds, and gather all the towels seems like what the cleaning fee is supposed to pay for.
