You're also just a short stroll to the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a large playground, and even a small community gym, as well as seasonal Farmers Market! This fully renovated and designer decorated home features all new furnishings, decor. The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout with electric grill, time with family or an evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer! Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. The kids can even enjoy a round of ping pong in the finished room above the garage, equipped with a window AC for added comfort. The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and the is very close to beach access and the downtown shopping area. A very nice public park is right around the corner as well. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere (helped with the holiday traffic on Palm). Overall, I am extremely happy with the property and the management company. The backyard area was fantastic and we spent time there enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a day sightseeing. Downtown Charleston was also a fairly short and easy drive. The house was really cute and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that you needed a key to open the back door from the inside. ##### Catherine E.
