Great Views! 314 Seascape Villa BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE NOTE: The Seascape Villa building will have ongoing construction beginning Sept. 5, 2023, on half of the building. Construction is permitted during the week beginning at 7am until 5pm, and the same hours every other Saturday. Our rental unit is on the north half of the building, but there will be construction noise, scaffolding on the whole building and workers on site. Furthermore, the POOL WILL BE CLOSED until further notice. Nightly & weekly rates have been significantly reduced due to the construction, and no further discount or refund will be offered. Get ready for a relaxing beach vacation when you come to stay at this amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo right on the beach in the exclusive Wild Dunes. Featuring views of the Atlantic, a great location, and tons of amenities, this villa is the perfect spot for a beach vacation on Isle of Palms! Enter the home to find an open concept space, with the living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare a picnic to take down to the beach, or watch the sunset over dinner and cocktails. Offering an open floor plan and counter seating for four, the kitchen has everything you need for vacation cooking, including a regular coffee maker! Just past the counter seating you’ll find a formal dining area that can seat six. The living area faces wide windows with lots of natural light, and a charming seating area with two chairs and two couches. Two cushy sofas sit around a coffee table and flat screen TV. Sit with the family and put on your favorite movie, or get cozy with a good book. This living space also has sliding doors to the ocean-facing balcony, where you can sit with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. There’s a four-seater dining set if you want to take your meals alfresco, as well as Adirondack chairs to watch the waves come in. Back inside, you’ll find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat screen TV and private entrance to the outdoor balcony, this bedroom is a cozy little spot to retreat to at the end of the day. Handsomely decorated, you’ll feel right at home, and the master has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a jetted tub and shower combo. The spacious second bedroom offers two twin beds—ideal sleeping arrangements for the kids or groups that need extra space. This room shares the full bathroom in the hall, and there’s also sleeper sofa in the living room! Bathrooms have been recently updated, and you’ll also enjoy the convenience of features like a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the community amenities of the Seascape Villas, which includes a resort-style pool and direct beach access! This amazing property has it all for a fantastic Isle of Palms vacation. Finally, Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts that is ranked in Tennis Magazine Top 10 Tennis Resorts, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. The Links Golf Course Clubhouse is adjacent to property for golf enthusiasts. The Harbor Course is only a short drive from condo. No golf carts allowed on the property at any time! A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (8 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (6) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Really. Rarely heard ANY noise. Scaffolding is NOT over the unit, so does NOT detract from the amazing beach front views. The semi facing units are vacant, so it is extremely private. The pool is closed, so there is very little noise. Quiet, relaxing stay. Nuff said. ##### Erin K. Well if you can tolerate the construction noise from7:30 to 4:30 and their is NOISE plus scaffolding supports blocking your view then it is a great place. ##### J Kenneth F. The condo was great overall. Even though the building was under construction, it didn’t affect our stay. Room was clean and had everything you need for the week. Only issue we had was the property manager. I wit mention names but she was not a happy camper. Not helpful at all and seemed to always complain about other people and things while on calls with customers. Maybe she needs a vacation! ##### Jennifer P. It was directly on the beach, which is a huge plus. Pictures are accurate! Property manager was excellent to work with. The building is in the process of being renovated, and the part that is complete looks fabulous. My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location (overall) was excellent. Non-smoking unit, also was a huge plus! Some things to note if considering renting here: Rental did not have a K-cup/pod coffee machine, which surprised me. There aren't any fans in the bedrooms, or exhaust fans in the bathrooms... The actual drive to the property from the mail road is just over 2 miles. Stove and refrigerator could use updating (they worked, just didn't seem to match with overall interior condition)... ##### Barbara H. It was in a great location away from the crowds. Had great accessories in the unit to cook meals. Just as it was advertised. There was one downfall. It was hot and there were strict instructions to keep the A/C only on auto and not lower than 73\. There are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms and there was no airflow moving to keep cool. We ended up going to Walmart and buying 3 small fans and flying back with them when we left. If the A/C is going to be limited then at least provide fans for the renters to use while they are there. ##### Amanda B. They did call and suggest I read the fine print regarding the construction, I did, but did not see where the pool area and pool was closed fully. The elevators did not work well or at all when we visited,. The Management company Carroll Realty was great to respond to that issue. The condo itself was more the issue, it is not maintained very well. For example, the patio door does not lock, leaving items unsecure. Both toilets had issues, one clogged with just toilet paper (there is a plunger) the primary just runs continuously. There are stains on the bath ceiling above the tub, seems to be mold, the fridge has no working light, there are other items to list but just some advice, spend your money elsewhere, for a couple hundred more I should have stayed elsewhere in Isle of Palms.
