The living room has two sofas (one with a queen sofa bed), coffee table, TV with DVD player and DVDs, games and puzzles, a stunning ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean to relax you at the end of the day on the spacious balcony! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all the cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, serving dishes, and utensils you will need! The kitchen features a variety of small appliances including drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, hand held mixer, and immersion blender for your enjoyment as well as the standard large appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The washer and dryer are in a separate room off the kitchen. We have added many details to the condo to make it comfortable for families traveling with children. We have kids’ toys, books, puzzles, games, DVDs, and items for the beach and pool. The kitchen features children’s plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and bibs, as well as a bottle drying rack and bottle warmer. A Graco convertible highchair and booster as well as an Oxo Tot booster are available for dining and an Ingenuity Playard is available for sleep. Booked guests will receive reservation and property information to their provided email address and are required to confirm agreement with our policies to proceed with their reservation. It is beautiful and centrally located in the center of Isle of Palms. The owners are extremely customer service oriented and communicate well. Based on her description and pictures online, it seemed like a reasonable reservation. I love it though when expectations are exceeded. For us, it was the perfect place with everything in super easy walking distance (restaurants, grocery store and bike rental). Next time we hope to stay longer and visit more of the area! ##### Anne O. The condo was well appointed… comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a view that made looking endless. My favorite thing was the large balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen functioned well. Thank you for providing all of the little extras like soaps and plenty of towels. The host thought of everything & added nice touches to make the stay more enjoyable (ie; hot chocolate, cookies, post card additional toiletries etc.) The only downfall was the elevator was not working. Clean, convenient to everything and comfortable. Gotta love the view and listening to the surf. Super speedy communication w/ property mgr. loved the easy garage parking, elevator and luggage carriers. Thankful for the easy access and yummy cookies upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen but don’t miss a trip to Acme Low Country or Obstinate Daughter and the live music at The Dinghy! ##### joyce d. The owners asked the ages of children and provided a pack-and-play, highchair and TOYS of childrens toys. Additionally, there was a closet full of useful beach items! The owners provided soaps and left coffee, filters and a few snacks to get us started. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. Owners family remained responsive to help with restaurants and other vacation suggestions. Cannot do any better for location and view!! Don't think twice....just book this place. After looking at several properties, we decided on Sarah’s vrbo. We so appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, and comfortable beds. My wife was so impressed with Sarah’s attention to kitchen details. The unit was not only stocked with all the utensils and cookware, but seasonings and numerous cooking supplies. The location was so very convenient to the ocean for seaside morning walks, and biking along the shore. Should you need supplies or groceries, Harris Teeter within walking distance or a quick bike ride. Restaurants and seaside shops across the roadway, all within walking distances. A quick 10 min ride will take you to mount pleasant for all the traditional stores or restaurants. Our only negative was the cold temps we experienced while staying this week, however, the entire east coast was extremely cold, so at least no snow… Sarah was an awesome host and readily available with quick response, ( ty again!). It was so cold at times we had to turn it off for awhile. We were glad that it was too cold rather than too hot. Other than that, the condo was GREAT. We came down spent a few days just the two of us then couple friends joined us the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from kitchen, living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on balcony looking over pool and ocean. All beds were very comfy, condo was stocked very well especially for a family with games, puzzles, movies and even down to dishes. I have to say this condo was the absolute best experience as far as location cleanliness and equipped for the stay. Most definitely would visit again. Several restaurants, little shops within walking distance. We were definitely able to accomplish the purpose of our trip and that was to relax escape the corporate world for a few days and then celebrate with the newlyweds.
