There is no insulation in the walls you hear everything from the tv to voices. Also , it’s described as a beach house, but there is no beach equipment. They want you to rent everything. No beach chairs, umbrellas or toys for children. It’s very expensive to rent beach equipment. The air conditioner system needs to be upgraded, we woke up to a very warm house, in the afternoon it was 85 degrees. To there credit it was fixed by 4:30 that afternoon. ##### Dorothy S. The fenced in back yard was wonder for our 4 legged baby. Also being in a cul de sac was very peaceful. The open living room/kitchen was perfect for our group. Our biggest issue was the “heated pool.” The weather was cool during our stay but I’m not sure the heat was ever turned on in the pool and that was definitely one of the major reasons why we chose this location. We would stay here in the future without a doubt but only during warmer months for the reason above. Communication with management was never an issue.
