Condo set up is perfect and views are gorgeous. Only area for improvement - I thought some of the basics were missing like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc. They provided the name of a rental place that we used but it would be great if this was already at the house. I would also recommend getting a decent size cooler for renters to use. Place is directly on the beach so you can run up to the house easily to get whatever you want but it would have been nice to have. We flew to Charleston so we didn't have any of these items with us. Kids also liked the short walk to the pool. In our four day stay, we played in the ocean until about 3:00 and then went to Charleston where all 16 of us, enjoyed ferrying to Fort Sumter, a historical carriage ride, a graveyard ghost tour, a Schooner Pride sunset sail and shark fishing. Such a great location and very comfortable. One suggestion id make is to get some better cooking pans in the kitchen. The ones available were in bad shape. We spent a long weekend here for a girls trip! The house was perfect for us. The view is incredible from the moment you walk in!
