The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa was also recently renovated in 2025! From the brand new kitchen and bathroom, to the new furnishings, everything speaks luxury. Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony. With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer. \*\*Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. With four of us it was so nice to have two bathrooms in the unit. We loved being able to walk to the beach just on the other side of our building, and being close enough to walk to the stores up by the hotel. The property was obviously updated pretty recently which was nice and they had plenty of books in the doorway for jackets and towels. The only minor improvements I would suggest are: a deep cleaning of the washing machine (it was a bit moldy and musty which is probably from people leaving the door shut instead of airing it out), some coffee filters for the coffee maker, more than one dishwashing detergent packet and one laundry detergent packet, and some WD40 on the legs of the pullout sofa because it was a bit noisy when you got up and down from it. We had a great time in this outstanding villa. It's very modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only thing between the villa and the beach is a great pool. We love the entire Wild Dunes complex and would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to the area. It's an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities. ##### Tim M. Seagrove is a great location and the condo is lovely. It's updated, well furnished and very comfortable. Sweetgrass Properties was also wonderful. When our lockbox wasn't working, they were very quick to assist and when I left a favorite sweater, they graciously retrieved it and sent it to me. Definitely five star! ##### suzanne s. It was clean, well laid out and in a beautiful location. It was very true to what we were anticipating. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality items. We were also thankful for the quality mattress, couches to sit on and the outside patio furniture. Great location for bike riding and shell collecting on the beach.
