Isle of Palms Sea Cabin with beach view! Pool, fishing pier, and beach access.

A vacation paradise! Beautifully decorated and recent kitchen renovations combine to make this a relaxing and zen like coastal retreat. One bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This second story one bedroom Sea Cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Private balcony with ocean, beach and pier views. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances and bright white cabinetry. We provide all linens and one bath towel per guest. Wall mounted flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Private access to beach, fishing pier (you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.), community beach front pool, and laundry facility round out this vacation condo.

*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.

2023 update: This sea cabin was just completely painted including doors and trim!

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and a good value. The pull out couch bed is old and could use replacing. The living room fan shakes and rattles on high speed. Other speeds are fine. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Chairs on the covered porch are comfortable too. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay.

We are a family with younger kids and overall it was a great place to stay. The communication and instructions about the place was excellent and well organized. Couple things were outdated and may need to be updated soon but nothing major that affected the trip!

Mini vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just the right size for a couple. There was enough restaurant and shops within walking distance that you didn’t even need to leave the area if you didn’t want to.

Clean with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, had a beautiful ocean view, and the management was excellent. My only complaint is that the chairs and sofa are very worn and uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable though, we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in IOP

Great getaway spot in IOP. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants in the area. The property manager, Robert was really helpful and responsive during our stay. Grocery store and coffee spots close by. Could use a new couch, pool was great!

Great Condo - Busy Beach

The condo itself was great, clean and just as listed. Communication with the owner was easy, and check-in was a breeze. Plenty of parking at the complex. The kids loved the built-in bunk beds. Our bed wasn’t the best for two adults, the middle was kind of sunken in, so we kept rolling toward each other all night.If you’re into a lively beach scene, this place is in the heart of it. It’s right at the end of the main road leading to the beach. We were there for the 4th of July week, so it was definitely busy and full of energy. Heads up if you go during a packed week: the "IOP Beach Chair Company" sets up the whole front row of the beach super early for their customers. Then those folks trickle down whenever they feel like it, kind of like people reserving pool chairs on a cruise and not showing up for hours.

The room served it’s purpose.

For the price, it was amazing. The location was perfect. The room was outdated and there was sand everywhere when we got there. I tried to clean it up but the little broom that was in the closet looked like it came from a Fisher Price play set. Definitely not somewhere I would stay for a full week.

We arrived at the apartment and there was no a/c I communicated with Tyler who answered me immediately, he spent half day on a holiday with the technician solved the problem. He went above a beyond, definitely recommend, location is awesome and beach is beautiful.

Great cabin on the beach

Wonderful little condo/sea cabin right on the ocean. You can walk right to the beach on a private boardwalk and also walk to all the restaurants/shops on Ocean blvd. The cabin itself is well maintained with great attention to detail. From the nice patio furniture on the balcony, to the self-closing cabinets to keep noise level low. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive. I highly recommend this cabin!
