We loved the layout of the house. The pool was the perfect size for our group with easy access to a bathroom from outside. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom besides two rooms upstairs that shared a bathroom. We were there during a tropical storm. The backyard grass was pretty long which was tough for our little dog but we made it work. My only real issue is they undersold how stocked the house was. We were sent links for beach equipment rental and towel rentals. We ended up bringing our own pool/beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and we rented a bike and beach shade, but we didn’t need to bc the house had all of those things including a cart. We only got to go to the beach a few times because of the rain but it is an easy stroll from the house. It is one of the better beach access points on IOP bc there isn’t much parking near it, so it is less crowded than the others. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a question about the outdoor TV and they answered almost immediately. We will definitely rent again! ##### Valerie K. The six bedrooms and six baths were a very nice feature. Many happy hours while the kids were in the swimming pool and grown-ups lounging in the seated area.
