The decks and the pool area are laid out well and contained for a privacy. Beach access is close. It was an ideal house for our family. Well, they are spot on. The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable and everything well organized. The elevator and mid level pool was especially helpful for our older family members. I think this is the first time that his family, my family, and my parents have all been under the same roof.Was an amazing stay. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen. Our family of 10, with ages ranging from 19 to 85, thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this gorgeous home. Everything we needed (and more!) was readily available to make our stay the most comfortable and relaxing. We used the pool often, enjoyed the upper deck for watching sunrises, and appreciated the access to umbrellas and chairs for time on the beach, which was right across the street. It is The nicest house we have reserved in the 15 summers we have traveled to IOP. We were especially lucky this year. We were able to survive hurricane Debbie because we had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for games and family dance parties. My children and grandchildren loved staying there. The house and pool were perfect for our children. The house is such a luxurious space and with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt crowded.
