Overall well kept and comfortable. Clean. The location is really excellent! Only a couple issues really - the digital door locks operated erratically. There was no way to lock the front door so it could not be opened from the inside. This presented a concern due to the very long stairs immediately outside and the presence of a 3 year-old. Addition of a deadlock would solve this. The pavillion pool says a wrist band is required for use - but none were provided even though we were told by owner we could use the pools.
