Gorgeous home with sundeck overlooking the ocean and 18th hole on Wild Dunes

Gorgeous home that has recently been completely renovated and redesigned. This home is also situated for amazing sunrise and ocean views overlooking the golf course. Renovations from top to bottom means everything in this home is brand new, with polished and modern design.

This home is tucked away in the private gated community of Ocean Point located within Wild Dunes. The Ocean Point Community includes access to a community pool located just one block up the road. Just steps away from the beach access this home is positioned on the Northeastern tip of Isle Palms, which has very limited access. This makes plenty of room for you and the family to sprawl out and enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean! If you are looking for a nice peaceful family getaway, look no further.

Each bedroom has been redesigned so each has access their own private bath, and bedding one would expect at a 4 star hotel. The master bedroom tops them all with panoramic views of the ocean and 18th hole of the Links course.
The kitchen and baths have all been rebuilt with beautifully elegant finishes. With an additional half bath just off the kitchen. There is also an additional kitchenette/bistro on the 2nd floor separate from the bedrooms so as not to disturb the rest of the family if you need your early cup of Joe while enjoying the astonishing sunrise views off the top deck.

Other features include: Elevator, large open living and dining areas with hardwood floors, Covered screened in patio, sundeck, garage, washer and dryer, five cable TVs. Wireless internet. Excellent stay over spring break

Beautiful house at a fantastic location. Fully renovated with very durable materials and appliances. Very clean house and a very good service of Island Realty Vacation Rentals. We will definitely come back again. It’s a quiet location, far away from the noisy party zones. We did long walks on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the sound of silence.

It was clean, the rooms were spacious, the views were incredible and the beach and pool were easily accessible. We hope to return every year and hope to stay in the same home. The ONLY negative thing was the driveway that was steep and caused us to bottom out when we pulled out, but other than that, it was PERFECT. Thank you to the family who rents it and allowed us to experience this dream house as a family. Thank you!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a great day, and the house was fantastic! My only complaint was the response of the maintenance or property management group. Our waterlines froze and we were basically told we had to deal with it. I understand that it was a weekend and it was Christmas, but I feel like that is unacceptable when paying in this price point. Secondly, we had a plumbing issue that caused one of the bathrooms to be unusable, and were again initially told that there was nothing they could do, however, after some persistence on our behalf, a plumber was called , and after 48 hours the sewer lines were run and the clog cleared. I felt as if we should have had some type of partial refund or even credit towards a rental in the future. Our family owns a marina resort, and I understand the issues firsthand. I am also sympathetic to the fact that it was Christmas weekend. However, I do not feel as if our issues were acknowledged in the way that we would have cared for our customers, feel free to call with any further questions or comments.

We loved the elevator that made loading in and out easier and made this multi-story home easy to navigate for my 80 year old mom. (She took the charming bed/bath on the main level.) We would choose this home again!

Located oceanfront, midway between the pool and boardwalk, it's an ideal location. The home is newly renovated , clean, with comfortable furniture, upscale appliances, bedding, linens, and equipment.The outdoor spaces are well-furnished including a grill. - There are no pantry staples, so if you plan to cook be sure to bring/buy what you might need. I loved the upstairs coffee/wet bar and used it for several Zoom meetings. There are two Kurig and one regular coffee makers available. We loved sunrises from the screened in porch and multiple spaces to gather & even do puzzles. - We had an issue at the beginning of our visit that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved by Zack from Island Realty. He was great!!My husband says I am pretty picky about homes we rent. (He might be right:) I found nothing to dislike about 46 and everything to love! I am confident you will, too!

(I think it might have been Cooper.) I LOVED the location, the distance from the beach was perfect and the master that faced the ocean was indulgent, especially with the private deck and coffee area. I had never been to Isle of Palms before, and I absolutely loved the neighborhood. Quiet cozy street lined with beautiful well-kept homes. We went off-season, so although there is a community pool vs a private one, we generally had it all to ourselves. The large garage and elevator were very convenient and appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is to have garbage bags and cleaning supplies for use. We are happy to clean up after ourselves, and it would be a lot easier with these few things. Also, some basic spices (e.g., salt, pepper, cinnamon) would have been very helpful. Overall, I would LOVE to book this house again!

The beds were very comfortable as well. Great location in the community on the quiet end of the beach. My one improvement area would be for the property management company - We did not have coat hangers in any of the bedrooms and one of the lounge chairs was broken. I reported it three times and no one ever corrected it. Also, having some spices and such for cooking in the kitchen would be nice. The house layout was great for our family of 8 (3 married couples and 2 single adults). The kitchen and the view from it are so luxurious. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The bathrooms are also so great. The biggest issue we had was with the linens (sheets, pillows, duvets) being clean (we let the rental company know our concerns). We would rent again but would take our own pillows and possibly other linens.

Clean and fairly well stocked (a blow dryer was the only thing we really missed)! The only thing that could have been better explained was that we could use any pool or any facility within Isle of Palm. We didn't realize we could go to the boardwalk and eat, drink, and listen to live music until two nights before our wonderful week ended. Overall 99% perfect!

Beautiful Ocean Front Home

I stay in a lot of rentals each year and this one is by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. It had everything we needed and then some. My only negative notes would be that most of the comforters had stains on them. The check out instructions said to leave them on the beds so I wonder when they are cleaned? Also, the elevator was perfect for our wheelchair bound family member, but I would note that the house is not fully handicapped friendly. There is a set of two steps to get to the living room from the dining room. Also, the driveway is dangerously steep. We would have to put her in a car and drive her down the driveway to get to the beach wheelchair we rented to go for a walk on the beach. It was never marketed as fully handicapped accessible, so it is not a negative reflection on them, just thought we should note. The rental company at check in knew very little about Wild Dunes. I would suggest more info about the ins and outs of this community. Which gate to enter, how the guest passes worked, etc. I asked about parking a lot prior to check in and they only mentioned the 2 WD passes. 2 parking spots for a house that sleeps 12?? However, I was relieved to see the house actually fit 3 cars in the garage and one in the driveway. This area is very quiet and tourist free which is exactly what we wanted! In lieu of not having nearby restaurants, we stocked the large kitchen with food and barely had to leave this little slice of heaven except to walk a short was to the lovely pool and hot tub which were never crowded. It was the perfect week.
