Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with private balcony and amazing views

  • This bright and beautifully updated third-floor oceanfront condo offers stunning beach views and a private balcony perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the coast. The kitchen features quartz countertops, crisp white cabinetry, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and both a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig for added convenience. New flooring throughout the condo creates a fresh, modern feel, while the renovated bathroom showcases elegant mosaic tile and a relaxing rain shower head. Guests also enjoy private access to the beach, fishing pier, community pool, and on-site laundry facilities, making this the ideal setting for a carefree island getaway.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
