Easily walkable to the pool and beach and a beautiful view of the pond on the driving range. We were even lucky enough to see many turtles and one gator sunning on the driving range green. It was so convenient with little kids to have both the pool and beach within walking distance. The basement area is a great space for those with kids to have added sleeping space and the privacy of an additional living space, bathroom, and refrigerator. It is well maintained and furnished comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. It is an easy walk of just a few minutes to the beach or pool. We didn’t expect to be able to see the ocean from the top deck so that was a fun surprise!! Check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We had the entire beach to ourselves! It felt very private and secluded. The house is well stocked and in great condition, it had a beach wagon and beach chairs which was a great surprise. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the front porch and screened-in back porch. I would definitely come back again! One thing to be aware of, we had a few people who did not rent a car and planned to take Ubers - we found it difficult to get rides given that we were so far back in the resort. We stayed 5 nights at the Opal House with our toddler and parents. The neighborhood Ocean Point is very quiet. The beach area is very secluded and not crowded. The pool area was also not busy and very clean. My only suggestion would be putting a table out on the front balcony to eat! That would be so nice. Overall, everything in the house was great.
