Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 6.95% of your rental cost. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Some issues are that they do only give you a few dishwasher pods for the weekend which I found weird, they should provide beach towels for the beach without having to rent additionally, or towels for the pool area, there isn’t a speaker system for the outdoors so make sure to bring your own (which we did), the check out of time was fairly earlier than expected but we communicated with the management company who was great the entire time and made it ten am check out instead of 9 am. We aren’t drinkers and that is still very early to get up and rush out of there and makes it so you can’t really enjoy yourself the night before knowing you have to get up that early. Overall the house is great and brand new: I’d say the amount of guests was perfect for 5 guys to stay if there’s anymore you probably need a bigger place with more beds or couples would be okay for some of the bedrooms but not all as the beds were in a shared bedroom. The pool was great also. Everything was overall great we would love to return, we will pack some beach towels next time in our luggage for sure. ##### Kevin B.
