Appreciated the number of bathrooms and everyone in the house was able to have their own room and bathroom. House is a bit more on the dated side, and couches need to be replaced - there were slip covers that were not shown on the pictures that make the couches uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen was nicely equipped to make breakfast daily. Loved all the decks with comfy seating. The resort is a great place to vacation. Short walk over to the beautiful beach, and a nice pool within the community also. Enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lagoon and fountain, watching the gator . Helpful to have the beach chairs there too. Beds/ bedding comfortable, plenty of pillows, a/c and appliances all worked well. The rooftop deck was a nice touch, great view to the ocean. Each had their own bathroom and the family and dining area was large enough to accommodate everyone. Just a5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. This house has plenty of room to spread out and relax and has great wifi to support various folks online at once. All the appliances were new and the A/C worked well. The beach here is very nice (not too crowded) and is a quick walk from the house. Also loved the bike/jogging path and the rooftop deck. Would heartily recommend this property for groups with older kids or several adults. ##### Paula F. The pool is around the corner and the beach access is very close. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located. (30-40 minutes to most activities in and around Charleston) Please note, you can only park 2 cars at the house! This was definitely a struggle for a family our size coming from multiple places. Clean and in great location. Everything worked. The extra beach chairs and cart to take them were very helpful! Suggestions: Separate ice machine, allow for more than 2 cars parking at a time as long as not protruding into road and under building. The house is in a great location, quiet, and easy to get to. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all the girls to get ready and not feel crowded. We also cooked breakfast and some dinners at the house and they had mostly all the items we needed to cook. The house was homey and very comfortable for our weekend. We also used the pool one of the days and it was a short walk from the house making it super convenient. The five bedrooms with own bathrooms was definitely a plus. What we did not like: Only two parking spaces for 12 people coming from all over despite plenty of parking in the driveway and it looked like the ability for owners to purchase 5 passes . Despite the fact that we were renting for four nights… only one facecloth, drying towel and shower towel per person. Very very limited paper towels and toilet paper…..we had to go and purchase our own. Same goes for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. My son was also on a pull out couch and they provided no pillows or warm blanket for it. Very nice house but had we not have to worry about basic things that would have cost not too much money it would have been much better. Sometimes it is just the little things! ##### Lynne S. We rented Going Coastal for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for us! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to cater to our three families. Each bedroom was complete with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Two bedrooms had twins which was perfect for the cousins. The pull out sofa in the extra living area meant everyone had his/her own bed. The fully equipped kitchen made dining a breeze and the large dining table meant lots of meals together. The layout provided for both privacy and socializing and we really enjoyed the the rooftop where you could hear the ocean waves, watch the sunset and stargaze at night. A short 5 minute walk led us to the beach, where we spent countless hours building sandcastles, swimming, and collecting seashells. The convenience of this proximity made it effortless to return to our rental whenever we needed. The property also had a beach cart which made our walk with all our beach necessities effortless. The pool was an even shorter walk and was enjoyed each day. The house came with everything we needed (beach towels, kitchen items, coffee pot and filters, etc) to make us all feel at home. The only thing to consider is there are three flights of stairs which would be difficult for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator but it is locked and unavailable. Luckily it wasn't an issue for anyone in our group. This rental offers everything and management was very responsive and informative. We created lasting memories and hope to come back again! ##### Gina S. The house was spacious, clean and right by the beach! We had 12 people staying at the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms.
