This three bedroom, three bath condo is crisp, open, and airy! It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining area with seating for six, and a living room with large sofa (sofa is wide and deep, and sits low to ground but new as of October 2024), a large flat screen television (basic cable, no ESPN), and direct access to the private covered balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo offers two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins, each with access to their very own bathroom. The master offers a king bed, a sitting area with a wall mounted flat screen television (basic cable, no ESPN), a full private bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. WiFi & Linens included. No smoking. No pets. \*ATTENTION GUESTS: Exterior painting and community pool repairs will be conducted throughout the months of December 2025, and January 2025\. Please expect to see contractors outside the building working if you elect to visit during these months\* Condo Building provides Elevator access from parking to shared complex breezeway. We thought there was a noise ordinance that would have prohibited the work from starting that early. With a working elevator and quiet mornings, a stay there would be 5 star. The balcony had seating for all of us- nice to sit out in the evening, or a nice break from the beach. There is comfortable and ample seating in dining room and living room. The condo is some shabby compared to other ones I’ve stayed in but I had read reviews and knew what to expect otherwise I would have been disappointed. You do have to stop at another location to get check in information. The only complaint is the elevator on the property does not always work. That was very frustrating when we had lots to carry from the beach, groceries, or luggage. The unit is on the 3rd floor.
