Suitable for up to 4 people, this unique space includes 2 queen sized beds, a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom & indoor dining. To create even more magic, there is an attached decking area for outdoor dining, bird watching & relaxing while you sit back & witness the nature of Kangaroo Island. Just 15 minutes from the sealing ferry in Penneshaw, 30 minutes to Kingscote & located on 2000 square metres of Native Bushland, this unique tiny home retreat has everything you need and more! With two comfy queen beds, a large fully equipped kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and bench seated dining area inside and outside on the deck, you can sit back and enjoy the serenity by the seaside. Bedroom one is a loft area accessible via a ladder and the second bedroom is a convertible sofa bed located in the elevated lounge area accessible via a pull out step. The lounge room comes with a movie hub projector and pull down projector screen (which also acts as the blind). There is dimmable lighting throughout creating an ambient space with reverse cycle air conditioning, promising a very comfortable stay during both Winter and Summer. The Kitchen provides ample space for cooking up a storm, including a Chef Oven, Smeg appliances (Smeg coffee machine, kettle and toaster) double gas cook tops, large kitchen sink and fridge/ freezer. The bathroom boasts an extra large shower with a waterfall shower head and complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The attached deck offers an outdoor breakfast bar and stools as well as a small table and chairs to sit back and enjoy the gorgeous views of the bushland while you wine and dine. During Winter guests are invited to use the outside fire pit and in summer we provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for those beautiful warm summer days. A memorable stay for nature and beach lovers 🌿🌊 The entire space is accessible to guests. If you need to contact us during your stay we are available by phone at all times. There is a kayak behind the house for guest use as well as beach chairs and an umbrella in the storage box next to the house for those beautiful summer days at the beach. There is extra bedding for the sofa bed in the draw under the elevated lounge area and a mattress topper for the sofa bed inside the ottoman. Please only use the extra bedding if you have booked for 3-4 guests or prefer to use the sofa bed over the loft bed. For cleanliness and hygiene reasons, the mattress topper and sheets provided must be applied if you use the sofa bed to avoid extra cleaning costs.
